Belated Birthday Treat - Jogoya (Starhill)

One of my unimates celebrating his birthday in the middle of Dec, but due to travel stuffs I was not able to wish him properly. So last friday we had a 'proper' birthday dinner.. hehe

Since I'm very bad with KL traffic and it was evening, obviously traffic will be hell jammed so I decided to go 2 KL by LRT and he fetched me there. Meet him @6.30 and we arrived @Jogoya around 8pm. From Dayabumi to Starhill took us more than 1 hour.. giler.. I hate KL's traffic..

So here we go Jogoya, a Japanese Buffet Restaurant located at the Relish Floor, Starhill Gallery. The place is very high classy one.. it cost 200++ for 2 person.. Very pricey kan?? What they have there? Since, I couldn't find any1 holding camera so I don't bother to take the picture of the buffet spread. But do hv some pictures of my food.. Ermm honestly I think, it's not worth it to spend the whole 200++ for such food as you know, sushi can fill my tummy pretty fast. So, we start off the dinner with tempura.. all sort of fish, prawn, crab or something fried with tempura..

First round was nice, second part was the chinese style food.. black paper octopus, mixed veggie.. just fine with me. Then, we had this ermm I can't remember the name.. it's like a soup or something we need to cook on our own. At this stage, I had my tummy full. Yet, I haven't try the sushi, so I left one of our clip for California roll and took some of the sushi on plate.

As for the drinks, sweet coconut drink is priority. I did try fruit punch (not nice) and manggo juice. But Mr I had coconut drink throughout our 2 hours there.. huhu..

For the 4th round, I had myself a seafood blackpapper spaghetti. The portion of each food here is very small so that you can try variation of food, gitu lho.. Mr I ordered Sirloin Steak, I had a taste and I dont really favor it.

As for the dessert, can't resist the Haagen Dazs icecream. Had 5 scoops myself.. owh yummy (rasa cam nk termuntah blk dah.. kenyang punya pasal.. ishh). Mr I punya muka da putih pucat kekenyangan.. So we had a little walk to see what else we missed. He had tiramisu and black forest cake, and I had this mixed fruit and salad. I don't know what round is this.. hehe..

When I went to get my cheesecake, Mr I get Shark fin' soup. Very nice, since both of us are too full we shared the soup.

Whatever it is.. Happy Belated Birthday Dear.. Next time, ada rezki bleh blanja lagi.. hehe..

btw, New Year is around the corner..
